“Leon” is a musical attempt to illustrate the life and work of Leon Kokakiewicz – a fictional character created by the band – a city bard from a time of rapid industrial development. Visionary ideas, machine inspiration, and a modest amount of currant liquor gave an unexpected mix of rhythms, sounds and melodies. The Beat Freaks team strives to convey these unique ideas with the help of modern instruments, that Leon Kokakiewicz has already predicted 200 years ago. But that’s not all – innovation was overriding the idea of ​​this visionary, so Beat Freaks creates more and more new music that looks ahead!
