Maciej Kitajewski

Polish double bass and bass guitar player. He graduated from the Academy of Music in Katowice (Poland) in world - famous jazz bassists class – Michał Barański. He was awarded in 11 Polish and European jazz competitions. He recorded 7 albums with Polish jazz and pop artists as a sideman. He cooperated with many European and American jazz artists. In 2019 he recorded an album with American jazz guitarist Mike Moreno as a member of Adam Jarzmik Quintet (Adam Jarzmik Quintet feat. Mike Moreno - „On The Way Home”) and played a tour in Poland with Moreno and the band. Few months later he played a tour in Poland with legendary American jazz guitarist Ed Cherry (member of last Dizzy Gillespie’s band). He also played with many Polish Jazz stars like Piotr Wojtasik, Grzegorz Nagórski, Wojciech Myrczek, Arek Skolik and many others.
