MILTON MILTON

Milton project was born just now (September 2018), based in Florence (Italy), from three quite different musicians (age and evolution), involved in Free Improvisation. And then (from Lune 2019) they were four :-)

Renato CORDOVANI (1946): Clarinets and Sax - He is well known (in Italy but in Europe too) as free improviser, from the Seventhies. Just a “Maestro” with a really long history of collaborations. Gianmarco CONTINI (1997): Piano and Keyboards - He is the youngest of the group (and he is really young), from “Classica/Contemporanea”, but yet great in harmonization and extemporanean composition.

Eleonora “TANCREDI” TASSINARI: DoubleBass, Voice, Piano, Harpsichord, Violin, Cello, Accordion and Sax - Composer and performer in Classical and Contemporanean music, with experiences in Theatre.

Enrico FEDI (1960) Drums, El.Bass, Flutes, Reeds, Guitars, Keyboards,Violin - He is the founder of the group, in the Seventies in the florentine scenario (Prog/JazzRock), in Milton as a Jolly. Some of his recent works: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGfiqOanmGRXqIAL6Tevt10ozRZ4jc9ZV

All About Jazz needs your support

All About Jazz & Jazz Near You were built to promote jazz music: both recorded and live events. We rely primarily on venues, festivals and musicians to promote their events through our platform. With club closures, shelter in place and an uncertain future, we've pivoted our platform to collect, promote and broadcast livestream concerts to support our jazz musician friends. This is a significant but neccesary effort that will help musicians now, and in the future. You can help offset the cost of this essential undertaking by making a donation today. In return, we'll deliver an ad-free experience (which includes hiding the bottom right video ad). Thank you.
