Motel 5 is a Seattle-based quintet performing all original music with an emphasis on groove, improvisation, and group interplay. Since solidifying in 2003, they have amassed a broad repertoire of original material ranging in style from deep funk, soulful balladry, spontaneous rapture and modern works that can only be experienced not described. The variety of stylistic music speaks to the band members' wide range of tastes, experiences, and backgrounds.
