Scott Fragala

Scott Fragala is an accomplished bassist. He received his Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Performance from the Manhattan School of Music in New York City. He trained with bassists Paul Adamy at the Music Conservatory of Westchester, Todd Coolman at the College of Purchase and Harvie S. at the Manhattan School of Music. Scott performs regularly in various venues throughout Westchester County and various clubs in New York City which include the Knitting Factory, Cleopatra’s Needle, Sin-e and the Mercury Lounge. In 2003, he toured throughout England with local New York City band, the Larval Organs and performed at the Mojo Festival in Paris. Scott is a faculty member of the Hudson Valley Music Academy where he teaches piano, bass and guitar. He has written various solo recital pieces for his students. Also, as a faculty member of Musical Associates, Scott teaches bass, guitar and piano to private students as well as group lessons.
