Calling themselves Kung Fu, this new super group consists of Tim Palmieri (The Breakfast/guitar), Todd Stoops (RAQ/keys), Kris Jensen (Dickey Betts Band-Jaimoe/sax), David Livolsi (Jazz is Dead/John Scofield/bass) Rob Somerville (Deep Banana Blackout/Sax) and Adrian Tramontano (The Breakfast/drums).

Between 1972 and 1975, David Carradine starred in a TV series called Kung Fu. He played Kwai Chang Caine, a Chinese Shaolin monk in the Wild West with only his Buddhist spiritualism and marshal-arts skills. David Carradine Dies at 72; Star of 'Kung Fu'

Carradine was found dead in his hotel room in Bangkok, where he was working on a movie. A Thai newspaper indicates he committed suicide.
David Carradine, who became a TV icon in the early 1970s starring as an enigmatic Buddhist monk with a flair for martial arts in Kung Fu" and more recently played the head of a group of assassins in the Kill Bill" movies, has been found dead in Bangkok, Thailand. He was 72.
