Nicolas Vera (35), is a guitarist and composer born in Concepción (Chile). In 1999 he starts collaborating with different musicians in Santiago, such as Christian Gálvez, Pancho Molina, Sebastián Jordán, Agustín Moya, among others.
In 2003 he publishes his first album “Fiasco Contemporáneo” in Santiago, Chile, together with well known musicians of his generation (Félix Lecaros, Sebastián Jordán, Agustín Moya, Pablo Menares, Carlos Cortés). Since then he has published 5 albums as a leader as well as many collaborations: “Chile Finlandia Connection” (2011 - Mikko Innannen, André Sumelius), “La Resistencia” (2013 - Melissa Aldana, Pablo Menares), and others; Eterno Retorno - La Resistencia (2016); Live At Thelonious - Jure Pukl Quartet (2016); La Rueda del Tiempo - Vera / Menares / Lecaros (2016).
