Nora Nausbaum
My main instrument now is alto flute. Love the low sound. I've played and taught flute all my life, 40+ years! Have taught at the college level many a year ago at Northern Michigan University and at Arkansas State University. I attended many Jamey Aebersold jazz camps and now, together with my husband Bill Douglass and many volunteers, I run one! Sierra Jazz Camp offered by Sierra Jazz Society, in the foothills an hour east of Sacramento. Our jazz camp has wonderful energy, lots of support and is for all ages, all instruments and voice. I play mostly with bass and guitar, sometimes adding drums when there opportunity arises.

Have MM from New England Conservatory, have taught flute for 40 years. Teach all levels. Great with kids and adults as well. Classical, jazz, basic flute. Teach in Loomis, Auburn and grass Valley, CA.
