Paul Carella

Paul and his band have earned themselves the reputation of a ‘Blues drivin', Americana rockin', Country jivin'’ power house. Paul is an international and multi award winning singer/songwriter.

Self-taught, he learned his trade playing in the pubs and clubs of Glasgow. Since then, Paul has independently released four studio albums to date and has worked with some of the industries finest such as Alan Price of the legendary Animals, Steve Craddock of Paul Weller and Ocean Colour Scene, Alabama 3, Jason Manns, Rob Benedict, Tony Lucca and Ernie Halter to name but a few.

He has headlined stages at festivals such as Guilfest and Country to Country held a London's O2 Arena. Paul is currently touring across Europe with his latest releases, his critically acclaimed Dead Town EP and his limited edition Bootleg Series Vol. 1 album.

Since a young age, Paul showed a hunger for music, finding his first idol at the age of four, in Elvis Presley, singing and following Elvis move for move in his parents living room. That hunger was stifled for many years by a crippling shyness, that Paul eventually broke through and became the outgoing person that he is today.

He finds further influence in artists such as Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Johnny Cash, Muddy Waters and Glen Hansard. Paul has matured into an artist of the people writing about day to day issues that people can really relate to.
