"Paul Peuker is a young German celestial storm in contemporary music. (...) His compositions are modern, structured but leave plenty of room for real improvisation. They are often pieces with a solid foundation, but with beautiful sounding harmonies. (...) For those who want to hear what the improvising musical vanguard of Berlin is doing, the CD Influx by Peuker8 gives a nice insight." - Sjoerd van Aelst, Jazzflits #292 (NL)

"Above all, Peuker shows his versatility as a composer, taking his training and experience with him, where the octet introduces his great musicality and spontaneity. Peuker has clearly understood how to provide variety within a certain context." - Gert Derkx, www.Opduvel.com (NL)
