Peter Davenport Peter Davenport

Pete Davenport, drummer, percussionist ,composer, arranger and producer graduated from Eastman School of Music in 1980. Since that time, Peter has toured, composed and recorded with artists including Jim Beard, Uri Caine,Leni Stern,Chuck Loeb,James Williams,Ed Schuller and many more. As founding member of the group, “Bluth”, Peter received world acclaim as drummer, composer, vocalist and producer. The CD titled Bluth won Jazz album of the year in The German Jazz Critics poll 1998. Most recently, the new Mobscene CD entitled Singularity has just been released. Pete co-produced, engineered, composed and played drums alongside world renowned trumpet player, Bill Mobley and saxophone great, Danny Walsh.
