PeterPerfido

Began playing the drums when he was 8 years old. From 1977 to 1979, he studied marimba and xylophone at the Hartford Conservatory of Music. In 1980, private lessons with Bob Moses. From 1980 to 1982, he studied at the Cornish Institute of the Arts in Seattle, Washington. A largely self taught drummer influenced by many styles of music.

EUROPE : Chet Baker, Lou Bennet, Peter Bernstein, Kent Carter, Bob Degen, Bobby Few, David Friedman, Lee Konitz, Bob Mover, Albert Mangelsdorff, Sal Nistico, Michel Pilz, Heinz Sauer, Ed Schuller, Rasul Siddik, Tomasz Stanko, etc.
