Richard Collins was born in New Orleans. He plays piano, trumpet, guitar and banjo. He has been a street musician since 1968. He has played guitar with Babe Stovall, Bukka White, Fritz Richmond, Paul deLay, and many others. He celebrates 50 years of guitar in 2009.
