Ryan Fourt Ryan Fourt

Ryan Fourt is a rising talent in the jazz arena, and “Choose One” marks his debut recording as a bandleader, composer, and arranger. Since moving in 2004 to Colorado from his home state of Arkansas, he has established himself as one of the top performers in the front-range and mountain west music community. He has shared the stage with both local and national talents including Ken Walker, Dana Landry, Chris Lee, Paul McKee, Peter Sommer, Erik Applegate and Mark Sloniker. And Ryan has also had the priviledge of studying with local Colorado guitar wizard, Dale Bruning (who taught Bill Frisell) as well as New York guitarist Mark Elf. Currently Ryan maintains a busy performance schedule with various jazz and pop groups, most often he can be heard in Fort Collins at Jay's Bistro teaming up with Colorado jazz pianist Mark Sloniker. Ryan is available for Concerts, Clinics, Festivals and other performances.

All About Jazz needs your support

All About Jazz & Jazz Near You were built to promote jazz music: both recorded and live events. We rely primarily on venues, festivals and musicians to promote their events through our platform. With club closures, shelter in place and an uncertain future, we've pivoted our platform to collect, promote and broadcast livestream concerts to support our jazz musician friends. This is a significant but neccesary effort that will help musicians now, and in the future. You can help offset the cost of this essential undertaking by making a donation today. In return, we'll deliver an ad-free experience (which includes hiding the bottom right video ad). Thank you.
