World-renowned keyboardist and arranger, Dr. Scott Tibbs, joins Greg Parman and his All-Star Band for one night only at the OC Pavillion located in the heart of the Santa Ana Arts District. This night represents the first collaboration between these two musicians. The show will be held July 21st, 2007, with the performance beginning at 8:00 PM.
