Silent Blast

As the name itself suggests, Silent Blast, lead by one of the most outstanding lithuanian jazz musicians Vytautas Labutis, has an exceptional charisma and colourful, diverse repertoire. Under the patronage of Kaunas Jazz Festival, together with singer Kotryna Juodzevičiūtė this band has already performed at numerous biggest jazz stages in Lithuania and Europe and recently changed its direction, as a result of talented drummer-producer Jonas Drema-Gliaudelis and trumpeter Mindaugas Vadoklis joining a band. The new line-up makes even more sense justifying a name of the band, while the members come from different musical environments and even different generations, but are still unified by the same vision, which results in a unique sound that band gets while melting contemporary jazz with multiple styles and techniques.
