I want to help
My name is, as you probably already understood, Stefan Lindgren and I'm a former hardrock-drummer who got bored and tired of musicians that could'nt combine seriousness with a laugh. I started writing songs for the fun of it, very eclectic though...
In early 2008 I started working on my debut album JAZZISH together with the Johansson brothers. And the title of the album says it all, it will be great songs, with a touch of jazz. Patiently is the first song from the album.
Some words from James (JJ Rocks) Johnston: It actually took me a while to check out the structure of his songs because the vocals had all my attention. And with a display of perfectly executed interval jumps, heartfelt emotions, tonal rainbows, and an obvious mastery of vocal jazz, Stefan doesnt have to market himself like some guy on the corner selling a fake Rolex. His talents have enough polish to enable him to ride on the wave of artistic appreciation that never ends as long as the word quality is in the dictionary
Comments and quotes from all around the world:
”I said to myself, ”This guy sounds like Gino Vannelli!”
What more could you want or what higher
compliment could I give!? I have a feeling that I should be
living in Scandinavia right now.
Lots of exciting fresh and inspired tunes coming from that
It’s like the early days of Jazz here in the States, when
everyone was on fire to crank out the next great song!!”
”Hey! Just listened to your track ”One special star” loved
it. Reminds me of Al Jerreau and artists that sing that
kinda jazz. I’m definitley a fan!”
”I absolutely love your music
