Vladislav Borkovski

Vladislav a native of Vilnus, Lithuania now a New York City resident is bringing his talent to the United States. Educated at the B. Dvarionas Music School, then at the J-Tallat-Kelpsa Conservatoire where he mastered his skills as a performer and Big Band Leader. Presently he is collaborating / working with an array of musicians in the most diverse musical contexts. Over the past twenty (20) years Mr. Borkovski has been an invited performer at international festivals throughout Lithuania, the Ukraine, France, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Germany, China, India, Russia, Slovenia, Austria, and Norway. One must acknowledge and recognize the significance and the resulting National and International acclaim of musical artists having performed in at least twenty-seven international festivals, which include six (6) international festivals within Lithuania.

Vlasdilav’s contributions have made many festivals a success. He stands out as a great musician who is in sync with his guitar. He has great command of his instrument combined with, creativity, professionalism and reliability he has demonstrated the versatility to adapt to any situation which makes him a sought after musician. He makes a significant musical contribution to any recording or live performance. Vladislav’s presence is unique; he and his bass guitar are truly memorable.
