Anna Jacyszyn ” Jazz Voice
Anna’s professional music background began in dance music. A backing vocalist in England for Yazz, Marshall Jefferson, Cher, but her one love was jazz. Hearing her voice; you can here traces of Julie London mixed with the graspyness of Billie Holliday. Her talent and looks have been her passport to perform at social events in front of Royalty and Elite Society around the world. Recent accolades of many; - The Hospitality VIP at the Fifa World Cup in Japan 2002, Berlin Germany 2006 finals. Bafta Award Ceremony after show party London England, 2005, Olympic party Beijing 2008, Royal Birthday for the Sultan of Oman nephew in Oman 2004, F1 party at Amber Lounge, Shanghai, China 2007. Although Anna continues to travel back and forth to Asia and Europe, she has recently made Kelowna her base, to be closer to her family and Canadian roots. She founded Jazz Cafe, (Voted Best of the Best in the Okanagan Life Magazine) a monthly speakeasy at the Black Box, behind the Kelowna Community Theatre. The event has a full membership and is sold out 3 weeks in advance (250 763-6141 for ticket reservations) Featuring Bernie Addington Quintet with Neville Bowman, Craig Thomson, Scotty Gamble and featured guests each month. Past guest performances included; Anna Jacyszyn, Stu Goldberg, John Lee Saunders, James Danderfer, Loni Moger & Cellar Jazz owner Cory Weeds.

Bernie Addington ” Double Bass
Free-lance Jazz Musician and recording Artist with 20 years professional experience. Bernie originally British but hails from Vancouver, has played with everyone from Michael Buble, Harry Connick JR, Rita Chiarelli, …to name only a few of his accolades. Bernie is currently writing his own original jazz tunes. And can be seen accompanying many local talents around the Okanagan. Bernie is the Musical director of Jazz Café as well as business partner and song arranger on many tracks on soon to be released CD LUSH LIFE, with Anna Jacyszyn.
